Customer Service Representative(CSR), CSR will be expected to handle inbound phone queries from customers receiving routine inquiries and complaints from customers by e-mail, or by phone, determining the nature of the contact and providing the appropriate timely response. As applicable, CSR will also assist customers regarding damaged/lost items as well as returning items to the warehouse/store.
CSRs are expected to comply with both company and client policies and procedures, as well as to consistently meet the performance targets.
